A life-long athlete having played volleyball and basketball at the collegiate level and thereafter, her competitive nature led her to the fitness industry. Mary discovered her natural gift and heartfelt passion for sales at The New York Health and Racquet Clubs as a membership consultant. Based on her success at NYHRC, Chelsea Piers recruited her as their Director of Sales to build their new sports and entertainment complex in NY. Within two years of the Club's inception Mary grew memberships to over 5,000. Her ability to assemble and lead a winning sales program was an integral part of the platforms that created the overall success.
Highly sought after for her success in building the Chelsea Piers' membership base, Mary was recruited by The Sports Club Company as the National Sales Director. Through her tenure, Mary generated and maintained annual membership revenues in excess of 70 million dollars. Mary now consults, gives seminars and teaches her best practice coaching methodologies to help companies grow their top line revenue. Mary is a Chair for REX Roundtable’s moderating member meetings which include; industry owners, C-suite executives and directors of marketing, finance and fitness.
